I am working in Human Resources for 17 years, I have lived in Berlin-Mitte for 22 years, and my life happens in Berlin for 30 years – Berlin is my home.
As an enthusiastic HR professional, I was and am a generalist. I cover the entire employee life cycle from personnel marketing to recruiting, organizational development, change, talent management and separations. I am also no stranger to the administrative, labor and social security aspects of HR work.
My education in politics, communications and media relations, my strategic thinking, my human approach and my business management skills set me apart.
My experience from a wide variety of organizations – from the 550 Internet pioneers at I-D Media to the management consulting firm PwC with 14,000 employees in Germany – to make the work of the people who make my home city even more livable easier through modern, humane, effective HR work.
The diversity of Berlin and the diversity of HR work have always appealed to and defined me.
